A1 Mini Z-Axis Stiffener Bracket MOD

This is first ver. of mod of great A1 Mini AMS Lite Top Mount With Z-Axis Stiffener Bracket by lindjoe

Mod means refering the structure and length(changed but) and utilize the pole shape, that is all, considering to make full scratch but want to show the more appriciation for his the idea!!!!

Add feature & Fix

#0. Fix the screw position and length, reduce the drift of printing bottom shape and making it flat. This is actually not the remix or mod just new design to make it just fit size, the structure is refering to SWAP mod handle to very much fit for side screw position.

#1. Changed the joint much stronger and easier regardless of with glu or not. 50mm depth with 0.1mm side / 0.2mm bottom clearance

#2. Change the form to make it easy to print with X1, P1, A1 in single plate(I actually printed draft PLA and detailed PETG-CF and GF)

#3. Add 13mm 5mm feet concave for 2 use case - Add rubber feet OR add extra feet for any anti-vibration foot options.

#4. Adjusted and tested with SWAPMOD to make sure you can fully utilize A1mini.

The model is very much suitable to mount lovely AMS Lite 'mini' Top Mount for A1 by Brandon LiMakerWorld on A1mini

also it works perfectly with swapmod types automations.

Then I wonder how I can add this model easy and solid to all the A1minis I have with X1. I have 350mm printing space(height) printer so print at once with much easier config would be possible(just boot model print separatly) BUT those printer is too much cost if its capable to print engieering materials,,, how come it say “usually” it works. No nono be simple lets work with 256mm printers!!

I originally mod the design to screw  fix with 20mm M4 bolts from both left and right side of piller 

BUT actually I found that the enough deep joint makes more sense to fix the parts without glu or screw.
