Description

This is an updated version of an older project. Every component has been redesigned and extensively tested. Except for the general silhouette of the hilt and external decorative patterns, which remain similar to the original version, all other elements are entirely new designs.

A pair of collapsible short swords designed with mutual-sheath geometry, allowing blade-to-handle nesting when folded. This space-optimized system enables:

170% blade-to-handle ratio (industry standard: 85%)

Zero additional sheath components through symbiotic blade alignment

The back-mounted locking mechanism is optimized for 3D printing. Whether the blades are folded or deployed, the locking structure remains uncompressed and deformation-free, ensuring enhanced reliability and durability.

Automatic blade lock engagement upon deployment.

Printing: Simple process requiring minimal and easily removable supports.

Print File Selection:
We provide three 3MF files for different configurations:

Standard Version for A1 P1 H2D Printer

A1MINN Compact Version – Blade length reduced by 15mm from standard

Short Blade (Standalone) – This file provides an independent blade component (blade-only, replaceable across configurations) with full retraction capability within the hilt.

Critical Note:

All files employ different wall layer configurations for structural reinforcement

Mandatory to use provided files for guaranteed dimensional accuracy

Print the provided 3MF file twice to produce a matching pair (non-mirrored identical copies)

Assembly: Blades secured with 3D-printed bolts; adhesive required for locking mechanism fixation.

Installation Instructions:

Component Overview

Blade Installation Orientation

Locking Mechanism Adhesion – Apply adhesive only within red wireframe areas

Blade Fixation – Secure blades with bolts

Note: This project has undergone extensive print validation. We are confident in its printability and straightforward assembly.
