I have better results on my printer setting the nozzle temp to 200C for Bambu TPU 95A HF, but since each printer is different, I would recommend printing a temperature tower to check what setting is best for you. Enclosure is highly recommended for TPU

0.6mm nozzle, 0.18mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

My friend wanted a seat that would not be split at the top and yet would maintain usage of the v13 handle.  It is attached to the handle using 2 ziplock and I recommend adding some velcro at the junction of the seat and the wheel.
