Dragon Egg – With Twist-Lock-Click Mechanism

This decorative dragon egg was specially designed to safely and stylishly store dragon figures. Thanks to the twist-lock-click mechanism, the egg is easy to open and securely close – you will hear a clear click when twisting it shut. The seamless design also gives it a premium appearance.

No support structure needed!

Existing print profiles:

100% Version: approx. 15 cm (5.9 inches) tall
110% Version: approx. 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) tall
120% Version: approx. 18 cm (7.1 inches) tall
130% Version: approx. 19.5 cm (7.7 inches) tall

Most medium-sized dragons fit perfectly into the 110% or 120% version. Smaller dragons fit well into the 100% version.

Print profiles for all four sizes are included.

Beautiful design and the locking mechanism works well. I used a Tri-extrude filament and it shows off all three colors really well when you turn it around.

I just realized with horror that I gave you wrong information… Gargoyles doesn’t quite fit into the 100% version of the dragon egg. I had printed a slightly smaller Gargoyles, and when I tested it, I mistakenly assumed it was the original size… I’m sorry! 😞

This printed well. I went 100% using flashforge’s burnt ember. Then I printed the wingless Shardstorm at 80% also in burnt ember with Bambu glow blue, and jade white for the teeth and eyes. The 80% Shardstorm does fit inside the 100% egg.

printed easily but the squeak when you try to open it the first few times might make your ears bleed
