Printed mine with Wood PLA and .6 nozzle. looks well and as intended. I can imagine it might need scaling to fit some particular fans, but worked just ok for the one I had in mind.

Works great. Had to make some adjustments so the fan would sit deeper into the ends since the fan is so heavy. Perfect for displaying.
