Beside my work to reproduce some tires for the Big Bear, I had an urgent need for tires for an experience on a track with some refined gearbox. A tire easy to find is the Lunchbox tire, but the orignal Big Bear tires are larger, so you need new rims...

I designed a set of rims, easy to print, with no need for glue (at least for the first runs), and which do not requires to print support (sacrificial layer included for the rear axle hole to be drilled with 4mm diameter drill bit), printed in half parts... Each rim will require 4 M4x12 screws for the assembly...
