Description
I noticed that my third-party batteries were sliding forward and hitting the steering arm during hard driving. To solve this, I designed this model to press-fit into the hex pattern on the bottom of the battery tray. It's specifically shaped so that it can be positioned under the steering arm without causing any rubbing or interference.
V2 - Added a lip that goes under the battery so it stays in place while rolling car.
(if you have some “elephant foot” you might need to trim it to get it to fit, see assembly guide)
