Description
Use every corner of your HEPA air filters!
This is an adapter for the Sqair air purifier from Smart Air. It forces air to go through the corners of the HEPA filter, and not just the middle.
Since one HEPA filter costs USD 15, and the corners take up over 10% of the area, this print will pay for itself very quickly.
The second photo shows the result of testing one corner for a month.
Instructions
- Print 4 of the corner vent.
- Disconnect the Sqair from power.
- Flip it upside down, remove the bottom cover and HEPA filter.
- Remove the plastic fan grille with a screwdriver.
- Install the corner vents.
- Put the grille and cover back on.
