Description

This is a versatile holder designed for a Precision Electric Screwdriver, compatible with numerous brands, primarily Xiaomi sub-brands and white-label licensees. To ensure compatibility with your screwdriver, it should have a diameter of 15-16mm. It features two custom-designed hooks that ensure an exceptionally firm and secure mount.

I modeled 3 variants based on the same cylindrcal bashe shape:

Regular cylinder
Cylinder with front and bottom cutout. The cutout at the bottom allows a magentic USB charging adapter to be mounted.
Same as #2 but with a chamfer at the front for easier access.

Personally I would go for option #3.

Printing Instructions

Please be aware that support structures are necessary during the printing process. For the hooks, I recommend using the "Tree → Organic" support type, as they easily snap off. All profiles are set with zero layer cooling time, effectively reducing the printing duration by half. If you encounter printing failures or poor quality results, consider switching to Basic PLA settings for better outcomes.
