Oral B Toothbrush Travel Case

Travel case for a Braun Oral B toothbrush head and a protector for the exposed shaft on the motorised unit, and features a print-in-place hinge. No supports are needed.

It is designed specifically for the popular circular head (although I will design ones for other shapes if requested), and uses a very fine mesh to help the bristles to dry without allowing fluff in your luggage from entering. 

I have included a protector that can be stored in the case. This slides over the exposed end of the hand unit and protects it from damage. We also found that the exposed shaft has a tendency to puncture stuff in your luggage - specifically shampoo bottles! The protector will be a tight fit on the first couple of uses as the layer lines flatten down, but it will not damage the spindle as it doesn't contact the metal shaft at all.

Printing notes if not using the 3MF file : It is very important to set the Wall Generator to “Arachne” otherwise the fine meshes will not be printed at all and will just leave a gaping hole where they should be. I always use Print Sequence set to “By Object” as that removes any chance of the print head hitting the shaft protector, and also allows you to change the colour of the shaft protector and case independently.
