Smartphone Mount for DJI Mavic Air Controller (Also Fits Similar DJI Controllers)

If you’ve got a larger phone that doesn’t fit into the stock DJI controller mount, this is the perfect solution. I designed this adapter for my DJI Mavic Air, but it also works with other similar DJI controllers (like the ones from the Mavic Mini, Mavic Pro, etc.).

The adapter supports phones up to 15 mm thick. I use it with my Galaxy S24 Ultra with a case and it fits perfectly.
There’s full access to the USB-C ports on both sides, in case you want to use a longer cable for your setup.

I printed it in PETG for a slightly flexible fit that holds tightly to the controller, but it also prints great in PLA.  I’ve tested it and had excellent results.

This model is designed to print without any supports and to minimize material usage.

Printing notes:
In my print profile, I printed one piece at a time and added small brims for extra adhesion, especially useful if printing in Ludicrous mode.
