mini plug-in game for kids // no AMS //
Print Profile(1)

Description
My sister owned a similar delightful peg game some time ago, one unfortunately no longer available. Finding it so captivating, I designed and printed a complete peg game. I incorporated several improvements, yet retained the fundamental 19 x 16 grid. A custom template can be inserted between the lid and the grid to guide play, or let your creativity flow freely.
The materials used in the images are PCTG and matte PLA (NX2) from Extrudr. However, numerous other materials should work equally well. I opted for Extrudr due to its frequent mention of FDA compliance and, in some cases, toy suitability. Moreover, I achieved the best results with NX2 using the Bambu Studio smoothing function.
Base, lid, and grid are made from PCTG (I recommend a material suitable for large parts)
The square/triangle pieces and clamps are made from PLA
Regarding printing:
After printing, ensure you remove the support structure from the base, lid, and grid. It's usually minimal but might be easily overlooked. For the lid (see image below), the support structure is located at the hinge mounts and must be removed before installing the grid.

The lid is quite large; I just managed to fit it onto my P1S print bed. Theoretically, it can be printed as is in my file; however, the purge line will remain on the lid. Finding this unsatisfactory, I removed the purge line from the G-code. This is straightforward and explained below. However, I couldn't upload the file with the modified G-code as Bambu Lab blocks modified code.
Removing the purge line in the G-code
While it should be obvious, I mention it again: Incorrect G-code modification can cause damage, so proceed only if you are confident in your actions.
Step 1: Accessing the slicer (red circle)

Step 2: Selecting under Machine G-Code

Step 3: Removing the purge line (delete the following paragraph under Machine Start G-Code)
