I designed this Combine Harvester as a toy for my son, with advice from my brother on its operation
Assembly is very simple and the bearings are Print in Place, it only takes 5 minutes to remove the supports and free the balls, but with tweezers, it all remains very simple
The Combine Harvester has a handle that makes it easier to use and, thanks to a belt that connects the wheel's movement to the collecting blade, it is possible to "collect" small objects and throw them inside the Combine Harvester
There are two versions of the base:
- Version for A1 mini: with separate arms for mounting the blade to fit the print within the build plate (using glue to secure the arms is recommended, although not necessary once everything is assembled)
- Full version
The Combine Harvester can be printed in PETG or PLA, but the Belt and tires (NOT the wheels or rims) require TPU
The parts are divided by color/material:
- Cabin and collecting blade → PETG/PLA - black
- Bolts, bearings, pulleys, wheels/rims, rods, cover, etc → PETG/PLA - dark gray
- Base → PETG/PLA - yellow
- Belt/Tires → TPU - Purple (unfortunately, I only had this color)
Below are the assembly instructions
