REP x PÉPIN Fast (Reppin) Addon weight holder made for the 85lbs version. All the versions of the dumbbell are using the same cradle size, so there is some free space when you buy the 85lbs version, since the addon weight has no designated place in the cradle, I created this insert with guides which enables the user to slide in and store the addon weights in the unused place of the cradle.

For 2 dumbbells you need to print this 4 times (8 printed parts).

The print consists of 2 parts which are then screwed together with 2x 35mm M5 DIN7991 screws.

The printed parts on the images are printed in PLA.

Sure, thats just my personal prefference of printing, I hate overhangs and and supports. I know it could be printed in a different direction but then It wouldnt come out that nice.

Thanks for the response! I don't have the screws needed on hand so I might try fusing the two parts together in a slicer (and glueing the one I already printed together 😅). Will report back.

let me know if it works out, if not try to make a bigger hole from one side and a pin from the other side, and glue that pin in the hole, if you need I can create an alternative design, but you will get the screws faster from any hardware store.
