soldering iron stand and cleaner

This compact 3D printed box is a soldering iron rest with built-in tip cleaning compartments, designed to keep your workspace clean and efficient.

I made it for my portable TS100 soldering iron, and it turned out to be a perfect and compact solution, especially for mobile setups or tight benches.

It features:

• A rest slot for the soldering iron
• Two compartments: one for a damp sponge, the other for brass wool
• A roll-top cover that disappears underneath the box when opened and keeps dust out when closed

Print it in PETG for extra durability and lid flexibility.

💡 The only extra things you’ll need:

• A bit of 16AWG wire (or whatever communist metric equivalent works — or just drill out the holes if you want to go wild)
• A small sponge
• A piece of brass wool
