The goal was to ensure maximum print quality and reliability with regardem to thermal and moisture resistance.Key Optimizations Performed:<ol><li>Material Conversion for Durability:<ul style="list-style-type: circle"><li>The profile is optimized for printing with PETG filament, which is ideal for outdoor use due to its excellent resistance to UV radiation, moisture, and higher temperatures. This ensures the model&#39;s long lifespan even in adverse weather conditions, fundamentally expanding the model&#39;s functionality compared to a PLA print.</li></ul></li><li>Enhanced Support Structure:<ul style="list-style-type: circle"><li>Manual support has been implemented for critical features such as the railing and the mailbox. The original automatic supports were replaced with Organic (Tree) Supports to ensure significantly cleaner overhangs and easier removal, leading to higher surface quality and structural integrity.</li></ul></li><li>Extrusion Width Optimization for Outer Wall (0.45 mm):<ul style="list-style-type: circle"><li>The outer wall extrusion width has been manually adjusted to 0.45 mm. This slight deviation from the standard 0.40 mm width is chosen to increase the strength and adhesion of the individual outer wall perimeters. Combined with the PETG material, this adjustment improves resistance to mechanical damage and moisture while ensuring a better aesthetic result of the final surface finish when printing with PETG.</li></ul></li><li>Optimized Plate Layout:<ul style="list-style-type: circle"><li>The placement of the model on the build plate has been carefully optimized to enhance printing stability and reduce potential warping (especially critical with PETG). The orientation minimizes the need for support material and simplifies the overall printing process, leading to a higher success rate.</li></ul></li><li>Print Settings for PETG HF:<ul style="list-style-type: circle"><li>Infill: Changed to Gyroid 10%. This infill pattern offers a good combination of strength (important for outdoor use) and material savings, distributing forces evenly and effectively dampening vibrations.</li><li>Speeds and Retractions: Print speeds have been finely tuned for Bambu PETG High Flow (HF) filament to minimize stringing and ensure maximum layer adhesion, which is crucial for PETG printing. Simultaneously, retractions were also adjusted to eliminate unwanted artifacts and guarantee print cleanliness, especially in the areas of thin walls and details.</li></ul></li></ol>&nbsp;Thank you to the author for creating this amazing model!Printer and Verification: This profile has been successfully verified with a test print on the Bambu Lab P1S printer.&nbsp;
