Oztrail Deluxe Gazebo Replacement Joints

Replacement joints for Oztrail Deluxe / Commercial gazebos. These are normally about $10AUD each if you buy replacement ones, and the standard ones are quite weak and flimsy. My original ones suffered some damage during an abnormally windy night.

These are quite a bit stronger if you print with a high infill, I recommend 6x walls (0.4mm nozzle) and 45% cross-hatch infill. Note that making these joints stronger may just move the weakest point elsewhere.

The number of joints you will require depends on which gazebo size/shape you have. I have provided recommended print profiles with 8x and 12x of the 3-way joints arranged on an X1 / P1 bed.

Square-Shaped Gazebos (eg. 3x3, 3.6x3.6)

You will require the following:

• 8x 3-way joints
• 1x 4-way joint upper
• 1x 4-way joint lower

You will require the following:

• 12x 3-way joints
• 2x 4-way joint upper
• 2x 4-way joint lower
