I designed a smaller one, and the print result is good, some tiny gaps might need sanding if the assembly is too tight. See the image for more information.

This is a cute dog ID tag with a movable type of dog's name(up to 5 letters), there is a space that can put a contact message in it, for someone to find the lost dog in case. All the corners are round, make sure the dog will not feel uncomfortable.

All 26 Letters and a blank one are included in the download files, you can choose your dog's name to print.
