Bumping up to a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layers, as well as increasing wall loops, and activating the Arachne wall generator results in a significantly stronger part with roughly the same amount of filament and print time as the original. The legs are weakest link, so printing these “solid” with more walls increases the strength of the part more than any other adjustment. Thicker and wider layers means the cross-section of each wall is wider as well. &nbsp;Sparse infill doesn&#39;t provide much strength to this specific part since most of the weight is on the legs and walls. Since there is no infill in the legs due to the increased wall loop count, lowering the infill marginally improves speed and material usage.&nbsp;These legs passed an “I can&#39;t believe I lost AGAIN” keyboard-smash test and snap into both positions with full retention.

My GMMK Tenkeyless had an… accident and I needed to have some new stands.  I basically used a sketch of the old stands in Fusion and modeled around it.  As I am not a 3D artist, I did my best to make all the cuts as good as I could. The expand function as well as the rounding option within Fusion 360 were my best friends :D
