ROG Ally Z1/Z1E XGm Port Cover (Dock Port)
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is another version of the ROG Ally Z1/Z1E dock port cover (XGm port) with a snug fit so it doesn't accidentally fall out. There is some risk involved so make sure your printer has good calibration for an accurate fit.
There are 2 versions: a full cover for a flush look and a notched version for easier removal. The full cover is more difficult to remove, so make sure to lift it as straight up as possible to prevent snapping the print.
If it takes a lot of force to put it on and doesn't feel smooth, stop immediately because you might not be able to get it back out – check to make sure the posts don't have anything like “elephant's foot” and adjust your print settings or file down as needed.
I'd also recommend against PLA because it became apparent during prototyping that the posts can break at the layer lines. Something with a bit of flex like PETG is more suitable.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
- Tightened up the tolerances of the posts for a friction fit
- Added the XGm port itself for extra rigidity
