DJI O4 Air Unit (Lite) to O3 Adapter with M12 Lens Modification

This model is compatible with original Lens if you just need the adapter function 

Please use PETG or ABS or print the file!!! 0.12mm layerheight is recommended for better M12 thread 

Parts you need:

4x 1.5mm Self Tapping Screw 6-10mm long

4x  M2 Heat Threaded Inserts

(if you do not have M2 Heat Threaded Inserts , please use the TAP version)

(if you do not have 1.5mm Self Tapping Screw , you can use B7000 glue to hold the sensor board to the housing)

This way up

**The cap included the pusher for Cable Connector to pervent the SMD Connector fall off, but i still recommend to glue the connector for extra safety.**

I have tested the M12 Mod with Foxeer Toothless Lens (M12 1.7mm ½") , i got a little bit black corner

Following lens should be work as well

1. Caddx Ratel/air unit lens (Tested , no Black corner .Need Specific Model which does not fit original lens)

2. RunCam RC18G FPV Super FOV Lens (not tested)

    

25mins overheat test passed ( static, no airflow for camera)
