Flexi Cable Grommet – Mercury & Mariner 75–115HP 4-Stroke Wet Sump
This flexible cable grommet is a 3D-printable OEM replacement part for Mercury and Mariner 4-stroke outboard motors (75 to 115 horsepower) with a wet sump system. It ensures a snug, watertight seal for cable pass-through, just like the original part.
Designed for printing with TPU filament, it offers excellent flexibility and durability for marine use.
Print Settings:
- Material: TPU (Shore 95A recommended)
- Layer Height: 0.24 mm
- Wall Count: 5
- Infill: 20%
- Top/Bottom Layers: 5
- Supports: Yes (Tree)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm or larger
Notes:
- Designed to closely match OEM fit and function.
- Tested on Mercury 80HP model – may be compatible with similar Mariner models.
