Hello,
At a friend's request, I designed an edge protector for tables, primarily for corners and edges.
BambuLab's TPU 95A HF is ideally suited for this purpose due to its exceptional softness and ease of processing.
I've incorporated a printing pause to allow masking the support structure with standard painter's tape to separate the layers. Refer to the attached photos for guidance. Simply cut the tape by hand and apply it.
Similarly, I increased the support structure's distance from the object (in X & Y) to 0.65mm, facilitating easier tape application. This worked exceptionally well for me.
The edge protector's dimensions are 40x40x40mm.
For larger requirements, simply scale and enlarge ;-)
The infill is set to 8% to enhance softness. This, of course, is adjustable :-)
