These protectors are designed to shield motorcycle front suspension tubes (fork legs) from insects, mud, stones, and other road debris. Their main purpose is to reduce wear on fork seals and extend the life of the suspension system.
They are mounted by sliding them over the fork tubes, typically before installing the front wheel. The model is designed for fork cup/tube diameter of 59 mm – for larger diameters, simply scale up the model uniformly in your slicer (XY axis).
Suitable for off-road, touring, and classic motorcycles.
The model is optimized for FDM 3D printing without supports.
