Inspired by Buzz Lightyear's laser, I developed a bracelet with a laser pointer or LED for my son
The model measures approximately 11cm in length and is designed for the forearm of a child aged approximately 3-5 years
For comfortable wear, the design considers the ergonomics of a toddler's forearm
All edges are rounded to prevent injuries
The electronics consist of simple circuits, which are included in the assembly instructions and explained in both German and English
The bracelet can be easily and steplessly attached with 20mm wide velcro or elastic bands (basic sewing skills required)
The lid, which conceals the built-in electronics underneath, is secured with a total of 8 6x2mm neodymium magnets and is precisely fitted with recesses in the model
CAUTION: LASERS ARE HARMFUL TO THE EYES OF HUMANS AND ANIMALS!!!
My son is careful enough not to aim at eyes
If your child is smaller or younger, it is recommended to replace the laser diode with a regular LED
