Large Sturdy Flat Folding Crate (SBox)

This is a crate that folds flat and snaps open to transform and locks in the open position with springs. Its great to use when assembling 3D prints with multiple parts or for general use. It is also able to attach to the rest of the SBox line up via side latches, you can skip them if you dont plan to attach it to the other SBox toolboxes. I removed the label and optimized everything into one easy to print profile. Make sure to use the 3mf file to get all the features. The profile is “0.2mm strength” but you can change it if you dont plan to carry anything heavy in it.

• 12 pcs - metal axis 35mm x 3mm
• 12 pcs - M3x20mm screws with internal hex hea
• 4 pcs - M3x12mm screws to secure the handles

• 4 pcs - ballpoint pen spring with outer diameter 4mm/0.16" and length 25mm-30mm/0.99" - 1.19" Small springs set or Compression spring

   

   

  

   

All the items needed are at the BOM at the bottom, except the springs as Bambu does not have the size needed available. You can get them from amazon or aliexpress.
