Description

Hi, I’m Andy – The 8-in-1 Multitool for A1/MINI AMMT

C59 ToolWorks – High-Performance Printable Tools

8  Tools in One--

Andy is here to simplify your 3D printing life with 8 powerful tools in one convenient multitool:

  • Front Extruder Cover Removal
  • Extruder Wheel Removal
  • Nozzle Boot Removal
  • Hub Lock Ring Removal & Installation
  • Nozzle Brush
  • PTFE Tube Release
  • Back Scratcher (for when you're waiting for your print!)

Nozzle Wiper Brush
Cut a strip of 8x4 material, insert it into Andy, and you have a custom nozzle cleaning brush for your A1/MINI!

PTFE Removal
On the opposite end, Andy includes a PTFE release tool to easily remove the tube from the hub. A special tool for working on the toolhead is coming soon!

Hub Lock Ring Removal
Easily remove the hub retaining ring. Be cautious of the sticky residue, which can make it tricky. The hub needs to be moved inward to allow the notch to slip under the retainer tabs and properly lift the retainer. With the sticky residue, you may need to work it around and lift, almost like opening a cold one. It's up to you if you'd like to use alcohol to clean off the gunk—I'm not sure if it helps with retaining the retainer better or makes the hub slide easier, or both. But be careful, that stuff sticks! Haha! A tutorial video will be up soon!

Hub Lock Ring Installation
Use Andy’s notch to push the top portion of the hub and re-engage the retainer.

Front Cover Prying Edge
The specially designed edge allows for easy removal of the front cover without damaging your fingers.

Extruder Wheel Pry Edge
Andy’s design makes it easy to pry off the extruder wheel. Just rotate and wiggle, and you’re good to go!

Nozzle Boot Claw
Andy’s built-in claw makes it a breeze to remove nozzle boots without damaging them.

Back Scratcher
While Andy is hard at work, he’ll also be there to scratch those hard-to-reach spots. He’s a multitasker!

Enjoy Andy, because he loves life just as much as you do! Print him and bring him to life!
Stay tuned for more tools and upgrades coming soon!
