Pinball Speaker Panel Pads

These speaker panel pads are meant for pinball machine maintenance. The pads are designed to cushion a pinball speaker panel while it rests on the playfield glass, providing a secure and protective solution during repair and maintenance tasks. The padding protects the speaker panel, glass, and side rails from potential damage.

Embedded Magnet Pockets: Each pad features two integrated pockets designed for 10mmx3mm round neodymium magnets. These magnets play a vital role in holding the pads in place, offering stability and ease of use during maintenance work.

Printing Specifications: For the best performance, I recommend printing the model using TPU filament with a 10% infill. Suitable infill patterns include concentric, Archimedean chords, or octagram spiral. The octagram spiral looks particularly cool, especially when printed with translucent filament. Optimal printing results are achieved with a 0.16mm layer height, comprising 2 walls and bottom layers, and 3 top layers. These specifications ensure the pads are durable and flexible enough to cushion the speaker panel. The print profile includes a pause at layer 80, allowing for the insertion of magnets into the print.
