Description

Warning: You will also need to set the K-Factor to 0.868 in the “Device” tab for your printer. Instructions in the video linked below at 25:21.

Replace the benchy with your model and print.

Material profile for eSun TPE 83a elastic filament. This is not my video, publishing on MakerWorld so others can use it. Found this filament to be tricky to print. Go check out CreativeMaker on Youtube!

Photos contain the changed parameters. You will also need to set the K-factor for your device.

I recommend printing from a material dryer, this is the system I use to print TPU. With this filament do not use the bearings:

I downloaded the 3MF but there's no eSun Tpe 83A Filament profile. The print profile speeds are changed but the filament just pops up as generic Tpu. Is there supposed to be a custom filament profile? or am I supposed to copy from the pictures?

The generic TPU profile in the 3MF has its values changed. I don’t think you can upload custom filaments on Bambu studio. Only thing you need to change is the k value. Watch the linked video if you have any questions.

There’s nothing changed. it’s the standard generic tpu profile.

So apparently those values work well. You will still need to change the k value. Please watch the video. It explains everything. It has been long enough I don’t remember. The highlighted parameters in the photos are what was changed.

You deserve a Boost! These settings worked perfectly the first time for this very difficult to print material.

Amazing outcomes with little effort on my part. I did find it to be over extruding a bit on the p2s so I dropped flow to 1.16.
