American Flag Folded and Display Case

I'm genuinely proud of this model—it’s been a journey! After countless iterations, I’ve landed on what I feel is a solid final product, yet versatile enough to be customized. The idea for this "folded" flag design hit me randomly while I was scouring the internet. I was reminded of my grandfather's flag, displayed so proudly on the mantle, and thought, “Wouldn't this make a meaningful gift for a service member or veteran?”
With that vision in mind, I dove in. I began by crafting a rectangle that could be seamlessly pieced into a triangle to fit the display case. Then, I imposed the flag design onto the surface for easy coloring in Bambu Studio. To top it off, I added a raised folded-flag pattern that fits perfectly within the display window. And here’s the part I’m most excited about—the cover not only secures the pieces but transforms into a sturdy flag stand once assembled.
