Description

A useful USB-Type-A cover/cap with an attached ring, so you can carry the stick on your keys.
Alternatively, I've made a second version without said ring in case you just lost the original cap or never had one. (Can be found on the second build plate)

Keep in mind that while USB-A obviously has a set standard size, there may very well be deviations of ~±0.1mm depending on age and price.
I have tried it on every USB stick and cable I found, some fit more tightly, others were slightly more loose, however all of them fit and stayed in place.

While I did stress test the entire thing, I did so realistically and do not suggest pressing down too hard on the keychain attachment ring.

When printing take into account that the cap is made in exactly the right size and the smallest printing defect could very well cause it to no longer fit your USB. I printed on a P1S in PLA with the door and roof wide open.

Looking forward to seeing your results!
Good luck and happy printing ^^
