📦 This project uses a modular design and includes 14 build plates — there is no fixed layout.
You only need to print the parts you actually need for your setup.

✅ Scale the spacers in Z to adjust shelf height
✅ Mix and match shelves based on your products
✅ Build it your way — tall, compact, or custom

⚠️ Slicer Compatibility Note:

Some slicers (especially Bambu Studio) may not display all parts from the .3mf file properly.
If this happens:

1. ✅ Make sure Bambu Studio is fully updated
2. ✅ Or use OrcaSlicer for full multi-plate support

🧩 XRail Modular Stand System – V3

A fully 3D-printable, support-free modular stand system designed around standard 2020 aluminum extrusion. Ideal for showcasing bookmarks, keychains, small collectibles, or even articulated dragons 🐉 — this system was built for both home display and vendor tables.

Whether you're a casual maker or selling prints, this display is clean, expandable, and easy to build.

🔧 Version 3 Highlights:

• Fixed minor dimensional inaccuracies from previous versions
• Cleaned up rail slot tolerances for both printed and aluminum XRails
• New flat keychain holder added
• All parts reorganized into 14 modular plates

🛠️ Modular Build – Your Way:

Use either:

• ✅ The included 180mm 3D printable XRail segments (Z-scalable)
• ✅ Standard 2020 aluminum extrusion (tested with: B0C59LN8KR on Amazon)

Printed rails connect with provided pins and are reinforced by spacers.
Aluminum rails offer rock-solid support — just slide a spacer over the joint to lock shelves in place seamlessly.

🧢 End Cap Options:

• 0.10mm tight fit: Best for aluminum rails, holds shelves firmly
• 0.20mm standard fit: Easier to remove or reconfigure
  Fit may vary slightly depending on extrusion source.

🖨️ Print-Friendly Design:

• 🚫 No supports required
• 🖨️ Compatible with small printers (like A1 Mini or K1)
• 📏 Spacer & XRail segments can be scaled in Z to your setup
• 🪨 Base can be filled for stability
