Description

Simple wooden shelf for acoustic wall panels

This simple wall shelf allows you to mount a wooden (or printed) shelf to an acoustic wall. 

 

Two versions available: 

A minimalistic version that is flush with the wood slats, and a version that grips around the wood for extra strength.

Features:

- Short print time: Optimized for faster printing. 

- Hidden brackets: The mounts fits the slot between the wood, hiding the mounting..
- Minimalistic design: Very simple design, that can be combined with brass bolts to make it stand out. 

 

It uses a M4 bolt and nut to tighten the knob to the wall panel.

Which length brass thumbscrews did you use? I was looking for some on Amazon in the Uxcell brand, which has done me good always, but there are M4 x 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 22mm and 25mm!

Hi @skovby - nice model. Where do you place the washers that are also printed with the mount? Couldn#t find any instructions here nore in the other model you reference. BR

My wood was 18.5 mm. But If you prefer other thicknesses I can adjust to it.
