Description

Mini Surron Fingerbike!

Want to bring your Surron with you everywhere? Well, now you can. Assembly for this model is kind of tricky but you can do it!

Tools Required:

  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Super glue

Materials Required:

Assembly Instructions: (I may add a video later but I do not have time)

  1. Hot glue in a piece of barbeque skewer to attach the swing arm to the frame
  2. Superglue the wheel haves together with the flat-sided wheels together and the rounded sides wheels together.
  3. Superglue the 2 smaller glasses brackets to the top and bottom of the steerer tube
  4. glue a about 1.5 inch piece of smore stick(Changes depending on your springs) to each side of the steerer tube through the glasses brackets
  5. cut 2 about 1-inch sections of the paper straw(Changes depending on your springs) and press them into the two larger glasses brackets, secure them with a small amount of glue.
  6. Use 2 thin springs from the Uniball pens and glue them to the bottom of the smore stick stanchions with a small amount of hot glue, make sure that there is no glue past the diameter of the stanchions.
  7. Press the assembly with the straw pieces over the springs and put a pea-sized amount of glue in the small fork boots(circular items with a cylinder going across the diameter) and press them over the springs and straws binding the bottom of the fork together.
  8. Hot glue the spring from the Pilot G2 pen to the swingarm and to the bottom of the seat.
  9. Attach the wheel with flat sides to the fork with a piece of barbeque skewer through the fork boots. attach the second wheel to the swingarm through the holes at the back.
  10. Have Fun!

this is the third one that I made, I am loving these things, I painted it and used a 3d pen to get all of the parts together

There is a video on my channel(TrailScale) showing how to build mini mtbs, the process is the same so you can follow the same instructions that are shown to make the forks.

I don't have Bamboo Slicer so I can't, I use prusa slicer. You can just download the STL files though and then bring those into Bamboo Slicer and upload them.

It is almost exactly the same as my mini mountain bike assembly video because they follow the same general steps so I would watch my video "how to build a mini MTB | The easy way" which using that and the written instuctions you will be able to make it. :)
