Bambu Spool Lock

This is a simple but super effective lock that slides into the center of your spool and prevents it from cracking. Reusable spools (especially the Bambu ones) can get weak over time, so I designed this to stop breaks before they happen. One tiny print can literally save an entire roll of filament!

FEATURES:

AMS / AMS Lite friendly — works perfectly with both
Super strong design despite being lightweight
• Uses only ~1 gram of filament
5-minute print on most machines
• Easy to install and remove
• Keeps your spool from flexing and splitting

ASSEMBLY:

Just slide the lock into the center of your spool, exactly like shown in the demo video. No tools. No hardware. It just fits and works.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Use 0.28 mm layer height for extra strength
PETG recommended for the best durability
PLA also works fine if that’s what you have
• No supports needed
