Description
A compact and robust miniature benchtop drill press, easily printable on an A1 mini. Utilizing a 540/545/550 grade motor and DC power supply. Designed for aesthetic appeal, affordability, and practicality, select components are CNC-machined from stainless steel and aluminum alloy. Moving parts incorporate set screws and bearings to enhance structural integrity and durability. Total cost approximates 200-250 Yuan (a parts list is included).
【April 8, 2025: Added a 12mm spindle housing model. Using this housing requires a 12mm drill bit shank, replacing the 6200-zz bearing with a 6201-zz, and selecting a 60-tooth timing pulley with a 12mm inner bore】
