Description

🕰️ Well, well, well… Iconic Style Lives On – Clean, Bold, and Timeless! 🕰️

This model features the classic Iconic Watches wall clock base, complete with a display stand and four unique dial styles. Designed for lovers of clean, bold watch-inspired aesthetics, this build brings timeless style to your wall or desk - with no branding or names, just great design.

📜 Disclaimer:
These models are my personal interpretations of what I consider to be iconic watch designs. They are created from scratch in 3d modelling software, based on general inspiration, and are not intended to infringe on any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.

Any likeness to real-world watches may be purely coincidental or based on broad design trends commonly found in the world of horology. There is no branding, logos, or names included in the files. These models are meant for educational, personal, and artistic use only.

What’s Included:

  • A large watch-style wall clock case, great for display or functional use
  • A sturdy stand to show off your build upright
  • Four distinct dials, each with its own unique flair, generally inspired by some of the most iconic watch designs out there. The naming are random and just to keep track of the parts.
    • G1
    • O7
    • R1
    • T1

📸 Note on Images:
Some print images may show blurred text from earlier versions. The model files themselves contain no brand text or logos, keeping everything clean and universal.

🚫 Reminder:
Do not add brand names or logos to the models, which are possible by using slicer text tools. Let the design speak for itself!

This piece is perfect for clock lovers, design fans, and makers who enjoy timeless style with a modern, creative twist.

Let’s keep making things iconic - no names needed. ⌚

🛠️ More to Come:
I have a big backlog of watches I'm working to modernize and update for this cleaner, brand-free format - so stay tuned for more fresh, compatible designs coming soon-ish!

Print profiles

For the dials there are two print profiles, one for 0.2mm nozzle and one for 0.4mm nozzle.

The 0.4mm nozzle also has some changes in print orientation to make it work.

The Iconic Watches collection

Find my other iconic watches here:

Modifying the hands hole size

To change the hands hole, just set the negative space to the desired dimensions like this:

The size is perfect for bambulabs offical kit, but for the ones I got from amazon I needed to use these values:

  • Hour hand hole = 5.57
  • Minute hand hole = 3.74

The Stands

There are two versions of the stand, the modular and the fixed.

The modular stand

Build your own! Perfect if you want a small part on the top of the watch.

The fixed stand

A more stable and no assembly choice. Now there are a file for a longer stand “Fixed Stand Long - BraceletStand.step”, use this one if you want it really stable or plan to have a bracelet on the top part (makes the normal stand a bit unstable with the extra weigth).

Assemble

Remove the supports in the case.

Start with inserting the crown.

Then add the crown pin (with the chamfer towards the center), push to click.

Now time for the movement from the clock kit, add the rubber to the movment (comes with the movement):

Insert the movment from the back.

Just place the datewheel in its slot.

Test it by turning the crown.

Insert the dial, use the “feet” for orientation.

The rest you can figure out :)
