Description
Compact winder to convert empty Overture cardboard spools to a cord storage spool.
Clasp the winder through the center of the spool and snap on the handle. There's a tab to hold onto the end of the cord, cable, or rope to start the winding. Another clasp at the top of the handle will hold the other end of the cord after it's been wound up.
