This model can be assembled without glue and that shouldn't cause any problems. Feel free to change and expirement with the infill settings, but keep in mind that the main axis is put under a lot of stress so i would recommend 100%. The little pin that holds the tension should also be solid as it is also load bearing. The coil MUST be 100% since the mechanism will not work otherwise.

Designer, I printed out the catapult and have a couple of suggestions for you. For the main hexagon shaped shaft, reduce it slightly so you can assemble the spring and arm assembly. I broke the shaft twice out of pla because there wasn’t enough play to let it slide in. Also, the rectangle where the spring connects to the base could use more infill. I broke it off while detaching the supports. I know a person can correct these themselves with the Bambu Studio Program on their pc, but if you want LOTS of downloads, you need to fix the file for people using phones to print.
