Description

Important: I haven't gotten this milling machine to work effectively. Only download and print if you want to continue and expand on the design. The parts that connect the axis together need to be stronger, and the motor needs higher torque.

This milling machine with 3 axis is made almost completely out of parts from my old ender 3 neo (not sure if it works for other ender versions) and printed parts (drill motor, speed controller, and vise are not).

Parts needed (not from printer/printed) :

(1) 18v Drill Motor https://a.co/d/7uawh2G

(1) BESSEY Vise https://www.homedepot.com/p/BESSEY-Drill-Hand-Tool-Press-Vise-BV-DP40/205023096

(1) 6V-90V 15A DC PWM Speed Controller https://a.co/d/h6PZsoP

M3 bolts and nuts various sizes

The axis are automatic (controlled by the screen using the original printer code) and the drills speed is controlled by the potentiometer connected to the speed controller. The speed controller is powered by the wires for the extruder fan because it doesn't draw much current.
