ION8 Bottle Replacement Button Clip for Lid

ION8 bottles are fantastic, but we've already had five where the cap clip broke. So I decided to design a replacement. The original has a sliding mechanism, which I omitted as it's the weak point. To delight the children, I also created versions with hearts and butterflies. These can be found in the print profile on additional printing plates.

Printing is done with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.12 mm layer height at 100% infill.

I opted for a smooth printing plate for a more pleasant feel.
