Version 2.0 Notes for the Hydraulic Press Model File

1. Significantly reduced material usage, scaled down to only 120G of filament required for printing and production

A1mini can also complete in one print!

 

2. Redesigned structure, longer water discharge time, and easier pressing experience!

Ultra-long water flow, a steady stream!

 

3. No glue adhesion is required, just direct press assembly!

Assembly method is the same as the (Real Usable Hydraulic Well Model)!

If you need to download and slice on your computer, please set it to require no supports!

 

Note: Images 5-8 are size comparison images of the hydraulic press model, if you need to print a larger hydraulic well model, please clickhere

 

A user suggested that I create a smaller version of the hydraulic press model file,

 

as smaller, faster printing model files are currently more popular

 

 

So I took the time to design this model file

 

It is not simply a direct scaling

 

Due to the reduced size, the one-way valve and other structures needed to be redesigned, simplifying the pull-out one-way valve structure for a lighter and smoother feel

(A slightly larger barrel outlet is also uploaded as a printing configuration; those interested can print it)

It was pretty hard to assemble and some parts hung without supports and some parts were hard to put together but overall it works really well

All overhanging sections feature chamfered transitions, enabling completely support-free printing. Assembly challenges might arise at the three latch points; however, this design ensures stability and prevents component detachment. Thank you for your support
