1. The author has conducted structural printing tests on all models before release. However, the F1 model has a complex structure and requires high printing precision. Newcomers are advised to use the parameters in the slicer directly for printing and not to adjust them arbitrarily to avoid printing failures; experienced players may ignore this reminder.
2. The printing effect of the model is affected by various objective factors such as equipment, filament, and environment. 3. All models from the author are tested based on Bambu Lab printers, and the configuration files use Bambu Lab's official slicing software. If you are using other brands of printers, it is recommended to adjust the parameters according to your own equipment's slicing software and preview before printing. Thank you for your cooperation!

4. As multi-color printing becomes the trend, the model is sliced with the H2C multi-nozzle printer by default. For other models, please refer to your own model for slicing preview to check the time and filament consumption.

【Read Before Printing!!! Warm Tips】

It is strongly recommended to print the single-color configuration first before printing the multi-color configuration to test the model structure and slicing effect (Cost of single-color model printing: 64 scale 15g filament, 2 hours. 43 scale 50g filament, 3 hours). After being satisfied with the model's appearance, articulated structure, and slicing effect, then print the multi-color version. Thank you.

Note: Before printing the multi-color configuration file, you can enlarge it according to the complexity of the paint scheme. Preview in the slicing software to check the details and ensure printability.

The F-16 Fighting Falcon, born in the 1970s, is one of the world's best-selling third-generation fighter jets.
Its modular upgrade concept (such as the F-16V improvement) has become a paradigm of "continuous evolution" in the military industry, representing the pinnacle of fighter jet design from the late Cold War to the early 21st century. It is not only a product of technological iteration but has also become an important symbol of global military culture after the Cold War.
Its balanced design, which combines performance and cost, has also defined the "gold standard" for the equipment of smaller air forces, influencing the research and development direction of subsequent fighter jets.
Meanwhile, the F-16 has also been featured in works such as "Top Gun" and "Ace Combat," showcasing the visual aesthetics of tactical aircraft with its "agile and lethal" image.

Model Description
- Aircraft placement at a 10° elevation angle

- Airframe length 175mm, the scale can be adjusted appropriately. However, it should not be scaled too small or too large, otherwise the assembly gap will change, resulting in an overly tight or loose fit. Wall thickness will also be a problem
- More general-purpose missile accessories will be released later, please follow for updates

FDM Print Settings
- The physical model uses an A1 mini with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.16mm layer height, and official PLA Basic filament (Gray-blue+Black) for monochrome printing. Using higher-parameter equipment, parameters, and materials will result in better results (assembly may be too tight or too loose, which can be compensated by adjusting the XY outline size of the assembly parts, or using grinding tools and 409 glue for processing and connection)

- Infill density: 15%
- Supports: Angle 25°, top Z distance 0.12mm, top contact layers 4. Both normal and tree supports were used based on the actual model situation
- You can also adjust the parameters according to your printing experience

Multicolor Model

- The model has been verified by monochrome printing and the monochrome print configuration has been uploaded. If you need a multicolor printed model, you can obtain it through [Download STL/CAD files].

Assembly Instructions
- You can refer to the exploded view or video for installation
- If any parts are damaged, they can be printed separately to supplement

- The first version of the pitot tube was too thin and has been optimized
