Description

This is a small clamp with extremely strong clamping force. Based on my previous clamp design, it retains the spring-loaded jaw mechanism, which can hold some thick and hard objects. The clamping and locking mechanism has been redesigned, featuring a vise-style lever mechanism with screw and nut adjustment for opening and clamping force. Compared to other 3D printed clamps, its clamping force is exceptional and will not decrease due to material deformation. Its maximum clamping force depends on the material's tensile strength.

The clamp is very lightweight, requiring only 13g of filament and no supports needed for printing.

It consists of 3 parts and is easy to assemble for use.

It is fully 3D printed, with no additional materials required.

Both PLA and PETG materials can be used for printing, but PETG is more recommended as it has higher toughness and is less likely to suffer from permanent deformation.

Assembly steps follow:

The light version is now available, weighing just 9 grams, with wider tooth spacing, perfect for gripping fabrics while maintaining a strong hold.
