Description

Small Latching Tactical Storage Box - Tools, Small Parts, Etc.

Prints great in PLA+ or better. PLA-CF is very nice. For sure use at least PLA+ for the latch.  Perfect tool or small gear box. If you have a Tactical Elites Boresighter, it fits perfectly in this. 

You need to download BOTH the BOX BASE & LID and the LATCH as separate items as they have separate profile requirements. 

206mm Long - 101mm Wide - 40mm Tall

 

Uses only 4 pcs of a 3mm X 25mm Button Head Screws. Just thread them in from the outside and you are good to go. Snug is all you need. Do not over tighten. Keep everything centered while installing screws for smoothest action. Hinge will break in. I put wax on the threads before screwing them in but that is optional. 

 

Latch can be VERY tight at first but it works in.

 

Example shown printed in Bambu Lab Lava Gray PLA-CF and Elegoo Rapid PLA+ Black.

Great model, easy print with BBL PETG gray+peanut brown. @minimum 30mm/maximum 35mm long screw would works better than 25mm. BOOSTED!!

The box is truly brilliant for my e-bike tools for on the go Boost for the work However one star deduction because the lid's seams are unfortunately not as clean and the screw holes required post-processing Otherwise the holes would have broken I printed with PLA All in all it is still a very nice product

latch works great. cpuld use some beefing up but it does what its supposed to. thanks!

everything works great. could use some beefing up around hinges. the front hinge/screw holes cpuld defiently use thicker walls.
