Renlab Ultrasonic Cutter Printing Guide:

Nozzle Size: 0.4mm

Compatible Material: PLA (other materials pending testing)

Bill of Materials (excluding printed parts): 9 x 2*10*5mm magnets, 1 x mainboard

Printed Parts List: 1 x Top Cover, 1 x Body, 1 x Mainboard Cover, 1 x Adapter Box

Printing Settings: Top Cover_Tree Support 30°, Body_Tree Support 30°, Mainboard Cover_Standard Support 30°, Adapter Box_No Support

Assembly Instructions:

1.Remove printed parts and detach supports

2.Install magnets in the top cover (install four magnets sequentially into the magnet slots as shown)

3.Install magnets in the body (install four magnets sequentially into the magnet slots as shown)

4.Place the mainboard into the mainboard compartment

5.Attach the mainboard cover to the top of the mainboard in the body

6.Install magnets in the adapter box

7.Place the adapter box into its designated storage area

8.Assembly complete
