This is a full size replica of Cloud's Buster Sword from Final Fantasy 7. Assemble the components with an epoxy adhesive to ensure sufficient strength. For best results, fill gaps in components with bondo or wood filler, then sand and prime, then apply colour. I also have several smaller versions. It can be fragile where the handle meets the hilt. If you have filament to spare, and want a more robust model, I would consider increasing the infill percentage on the handle/hilt.
I have also created a print profile which allows for the sword to be reinforced with PVC pipe. This is the profile that I recommend using, particularly if you want to swing it around.
