Description

With the addition of a Quickjack 7000TL on custom wheels to my garage, I needed something to keep the hydraulic hose off the ground as it rides underneath the frame.

There are two clips that can be printed on one plate although with two jacks, you will need two pairs of them.

(1) A clip for the hydraulic quick disconnect that uses a zip tie to attach the clip to the side of the frame.

(2) A clip for the hose as it bends back around to the quick disconnect clip to keep it off the ground when moving the jack around.  This second clip goes over the round tubing at the end of the jack and is made to pop off when the jack is set in place and the hoses are attached.  The other smaller end of it fastens over the hose pretty tight so it doesn't come off. [Update May 2025] As per comments, I made it asymmetrical so it holds the hose underneath but can clip around tubing and the tube clip walls are thicker to keep it from breaking.  The hose still takes some pushing to get it into the clip, a feature, not a bug, I swear.

I used PLA, but if they break with usage, will print them in PETG.  Takes about 50 minutes print time and uses 22g of filament for one pair.

Enjoy, Sean.
