The Z axis has three bearings filled with lubricating oil. They are very easy to absorb dust and debris, which is not only unsightly but also shortens the service life of the equipment and requires frequent maintenance. This protective cover can solve this problem very well. Looks cool? Try printing it now!

Tips:

The installation of the left and right bearings is relatively easy, while the middle and rear bearings are more difficult. You can install them according to the method shown below:

1. Put the left half in place first (but do not press it down)

2. Then push the right half to the opposite side

3. Extend the index fingers of your left and right hands to put the left and right parts together (It is easy to install using tweezers)

4. After they are combined, rotate them to the correct direction and press them down.
