Duo Track Hilbert Curve Marble Run
Print Profile(4)

Bill of Materials
Description
Inspired by the model from moebio, I created this dual-track third-order Hilbert curve marble run. The track uses 8mm ball bearings and can be expanded to the motorized hub and other tracks that I may design LATER.
Existing extensions are the stopper at the bottom and the Hargo’s roulette wheel at the top. By turning the wheel counterclockwise, it shoots bearings to both tracks simultaneously. Each load fires 2x4 marbles.
The size of the main body is 177.5mmx177.5mmx120mm, so it can be printed on A1 Mini.
In addition to the standard version, I have released two thin versions that reduce printing time and filament usage. However, they cannot be integrated with the future motorized hub and through it interconnected to other tracks I plan to build. Since the descent angle of the slim version is only 1.8 degrees, you may need to use metal bearings to make it work. If you want to use roulette, choose the Low Profile version, otherwise choose the Basic version that can be printed within 5h30m and 146g filament.
Since I also plan to build a simple motorized wheel for the Low Profile version, I recommend the Low Profile version over the Basic. If not needed, you can replace the roulette wheel with a stopper extension.

Changelog
2025-03-15
Reduce the thickness of the tower from 1cm to 2mm. This slim version reduce the printing time by 2h30m and usage of filament by 60g. If you want to use the 1cm version, you can still download its STL file.
Boost Me (for free)
If you like this marble run, I'd be grateful for a boost. I will continue to release new models that are useful for both fun and work, and your boosts really help me keep going and inspire me to create more cool stuff for you. Enjoy and have a great day!
